Codell "Dennis" Wombles, 63 passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at IU Methodist Hospital.
He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on February 21, 1956 to Codell D.and Margaret (Rogers) Wombles who preceded him in death along with his wife Paula Wombles, and sister:Mary Susan Gibson.
Before being disabled he work in construction. Dennis loved to fish and loved animals, especially his cats, Angel, Butter, Buster and Diamond. He enjoyed bike riding and his scooter. Most recently he was proud of his 2000 black Chevy Silverado pick-up truck. Dennis was a very generous and caring person.
He is survived by his loving fiance'e, Tammy (Brown) Davis; brother: Millard Lee Wombles; sister: Karen Ruth Beaver and many, many friends.
A gatherting of family and friends will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at
Grinsteiner Funeral Home.
