Donald "Donnie" Eugene Keen

Donald "Donnie" Eugene Keen, 62 passed away at Community Hospital East on July 1, 2019.

He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on August 11, 1956 to Ernest G. Keen and Essie(Vibbert) Keen Griffin.

Donnie was preceded in death by his father; sisters: Phoebe Curtis and Robin Chastain and brother Ronnie Keen.

He had worked for Grocery Supply Company as a janitor.  He loved to cook and clean and watch television and  he enjoy his cat "Hellen".

Donnie is survived by his companion of 43 years Richard Sommer; brothers:  Ernest M.(Sharon), Everett, Brian K., Arvine Keen and Shannon(Shannon M.)Hoskins; sister: Shawn Bolen.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 8, 2019 from 11:00 a.m until 1:00 p.m. at  Grinsteiner Funeral Home.  Burial will follow with a graveside service at 1:30 p.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery.
