Charleen Marie (Calaway) Benham, 84 passed away at her residence on January 3, 2022.

Charleen was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on October 12 1937 to the late Mary (Leeman) Harris.

A member of St. Phillip Neri Catholic Church, she was a very social person and never judged anyone and always help those in need.

A sharp business woman who owned operated three taverns on the eastside of Indianapolis. The Char's, Blake's and the Woodcutter.

Charleen loved to fish and crochet and arts and crafts, and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

Survivors Loving daughters Candace Woodward and Cassandra Benham,, 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great granchildren

Charleen was preceded in passing by her parents, sons Jeffery Benham and Robert James Moore, sister Lois Hale, brother Roger Harris and former husband James Benham.

Celebration will be held at a late date.
