Conchita Cruz (Guazon) Phelps, Indianapolis, Indiana

passed away on November 29, 2019 at her son's residence.

She was born on February 1, 1959  in Olongapo, Philippines.

Conchita  was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking her native cuisine for her family

especially lumpia and pancit. She was a collector of all kinds of dolls and jewelry, and loved dancing and camping out.

She married her husband on April 20, 1990 in Indianapolis, Indiana and they resided in Beech Grove, Indiana.

Survivors: Loving husband:  Donald J. Phelps; 6 children:  Michael(Angel) Manalo; Jessica Manalo; Jennifer(Carlton)Pareba; Chris(Sarah)Reed;

Kenneth (Ria)Reed; and Timothy(Lacey)Phelps; 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 2, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Grinsteiner Funeral Home.

Cremation will follow.
