David Alan Kneuss, 73 of Indianapolis, Passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, August 1, 2021.
David was born on October 25, 1948 in Winchester, Indiana to the late Rufus and Clara (Habbeggar) Kneuss.
He worked nearly 40 years as a truck driver for IMI, and was a member of Missionary Church.
David loved fishing at St. Mary's Lake in Celina, Ohio, which was his favorite thing to do. He also loved loved listening to blues, and rock and roll music, and enjoyed singing along. He would never pass up a yard sale or flea market, and had a green thumb for landscaping and gardening. David absolutely adored his family, especially his grandkids, and loved spending every moment he could with them.
David is survived by his loving wife, Vickie (Yeager) Kneuss; children, Marjorie (Matt)Goodwin, David Alan Kneuss II, and Tammy Roberton; as well as 18 grandchildren; 2 great grandchilden; siblings, Jack (Barb) Gillum, Bob (MaDonna)Gillum, Anthony (Louise) Kneuss, and Martha Oliver.
He is proceded in death by his daughter, Tonya Hudson, and son Christopher Kneusss; as well as his parents, and 10 siblings.
Memorial Services for David Alan Kneuss, and Tonya Hudson will be held at Grinsteiner Funeral Home. Thursday, August 26, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until service at 6:30 p.m.
with Pastor Jeff Stratton,officiating.
