Ella Mae Burdine-Dowden passed away in Indianapolis on December 21, 2021 at the age of 69.
Ella was born on April 4, 1952 in Campbell Tennessee to the late Ancil and Rosalie Blankenship.
Ella was a baker for the village pantry making all of the baked goods and sweets. She loved all kinds of movies, and loved cooking and baking.
She adored her two cats, "Bruiser" and "Sissy", and loved them very much.
Ella loved to read love stories and autobiographies. She was a very avid Elvis fan, and really enjoyed country music as well.
Ella will be missed and loved by all her family and friends.
Survivors include her husband Kevin Dowden; children, Daniel Burdine, Melissa Burdine; grandchildren Daylon Wagner, Kaidance Wagner, Brooklyn Burdine, and Elijah Shrum; siblings, Berniece, Kathy, Juanita, Johnny, and Karen.
She was proceded in death by two sons, Danny and Tony Blakenship.
A Celebration of Life Service is planned for a later date.
