Jean Elizabeth (Brewer) Neu Hopkins

Jean E. (Brewer) Neu Hopkins, 94  Beech Grove, Indiana passed away at her residence with her loving family at her side. She was born September 12, 1925 in Ridge Farm, Illinois to the late Donald W. and Leona C. (Peck) Brewer.

Jean was a member of the Faith United Church Of Christ and a Beech Grove resident for over 62 years. She was active member of the Ladies Auxillary of the American Legion, Post 276, in Beech Grove, Indiana and loved to sing karaoke with family and friends.

Jean was preceded in death by her parents; 1st husband, William E. Neu; 2nd husband: Charlie C. Hopkins; son, Paul D. Neu; brother, Gerald W. Brewer; granddaughters, Hope Camponidonico, Laura M. Neu and Myah L. Smith as well as a great-granddaughter; Alexandria Neu.

Jean had a infectious smile and was loved by all and was just fun to be with.

Survived by her loving children, William E. (Lisa) Neu, Jr.; Dale R. (Teresa) Neu; daughters, Linda R.Gladson, Lisa M. (Don) Tate, Loretta G. (Bob) Campodonico, LeDonna J. (Rita York) Neu; sister, Veralou Scott; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on July 25, 2020 with Don Tate officiating at 2:00 p.m.(1:00 p.m. CDT) at Crown Hill Cemetery in Ridge Farm, Illinois.
