Paula "PJ" Jean Reichel passed away on Tuesday afternoon, February 8, 2022 at her residence at the age of 69.
PJ was born in Indianapolis, on July 23, 1952 to the late Paul Eugene and Juanita Alvata (Offenbacker) Reichel.
PJ appeared in several magazine ads early on in her career. She was a past member of North Park Order of the Eastern Star and Daughters of the Nile.
PJ was known for her love of animals, throwing parties for her friends and family and working outside in her flower garden. Later on she enjoyed participating in charity motorcycle rides, with her companion C "Fred" Butler.
PJ is survived by her two sisters, Carolyn Kallansa and Pamela (Harold) Kauffman; as well as, three nephews, two nieces, three great nephews and one great niece.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Paul & Juanita Reichel and her older sister, Linda Greene (Reichel).
A Celebration of PJ's Life will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Grinsteiner Funeral Home.
PJ will be laid to rest at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, Indianapolis, Indiana on Friday, April 1, 2021 at ll:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to animal shelters in PJ's name.
