Penny Lynn Plummer of Indianapolis, Indiana completed her life on the 28th of November 2022 at age 51. As a loving daughter, mother and grandmother she enjoyed spending time with her family and watching her grandchildren grow. She attended Thomas Carr Howe High School and spent most of her time as a server and bartender. She loved talking to everyone and making new friends and memories. After many years in the food industry, she made her way over to working at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. She enjoyed the hustle and bustle of all the people and the sound of the race cars was like music to her ears.
Penny is preceded in death by both sets of her grandparents, Grady and Betty Delong and George and Merle Cullison. She is survived by her father William Plummer, her mother and stepfather Teresa and Dale Tolley, her brother Bobby Minardo, her daughter Dominique McCormick, her grandchildren Gaige, Mason and Owen and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
At her request, no services will be held. She wishes everyone to spend time with their families during the holiday season. A celebration of life will be planned at a later date.
