Thomas Glenn "Drunkle Tommy" McCampbell, Sr., 56, Indianapolis, passed away suddenly Friday, February 7, 2020. He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, February 21, 1963 to the late Robert and Nellie (Marcum) McCampbell.
Tommy was a retired drywaller who loved his family first above everything. He was a "know it all", a " Mr. Supervisor". He enjoyed drinking his Bud Light beer, hunting, fishing, barbecuing and cooking, amateur photography, but best all, camping.
Survivors include his sons, Richard Allen Jessie, Thomas Glenn (Shemeca) McCampbell, Jr.; a daughter Christina McCampbell; a brother Robert Lee (Rita) McCampbell; a brother-in-law Kenneth Pinkiston; sisters Carolyn (Kenneth) Rick and Missie McCampbell as well as the mother of his children Tina Ison: 12 grandchildren, Aneya Gamble, Travis Gamble, Jr., Thomas Glenn McCampbell III, Dallas and Angelique McCampbell, Cecily, Edward, Dejuan and Damien Powell, Merissa, Cayden and Catelynn Jessie.
Tommy was preceded in death by his parents; a sister Gail Pinkiston; and brothers Craig, Ricky and Frankie McCampbell.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at Grinsteiner Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until the service at 1:00 p.m. with Sam Trezzo. officiating
and burial to follow at New Crown Cemetery.
